Ingredients:
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves (6 ounces each)
- 4 tablespoons butter, divided
- 1/2 cup white wine or chicken broth
- 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 tablespoon minced fresh rosemary
Instructions:
- On a medium-sized skillet over medium heat, cook chicken using 1 tablespoon of butter until a thermometer reads 165°, cooking on both sides for 4-5 minutes each. Remove and keep warm.
- Pour wine into pan; cook over medium-low heat, stirring continuously to release browned splotches from pan. Mix the cream and bring to a boil.
- Decrease temperature; stir well until slightly thickened.
