  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves (6 ounces each)
  • 4 tablespoons butter, divided
  • 1/2 cup white wine or chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 tablespoon minced fresh rosemary

Instructions:

  1. On a medium-sized skillet over medium heat, cook chicken using 1 tablespoon of butter until a thermometer reads 165°, cooking on both sides for 4-5 minutes each. Remove and keep warm.
  2. Pour wine into pan; cook over medium-low heat, stirring continuously to release browned splotches from pan. Mix the cream and bring to a boil.
  3. Decrease temperature; stir well until slightly thickened.
  4. Add in rosemary and the remaining 3 tablespoons butter and mix until incorporated.
  5. Serve sauce with chicken.
