Chili Roasted Potatoes Recipe:
Ingredients:
- 2 lbs baby potatoes, halved
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, toss the halved baby potatoes with olive oil, chili powder, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.
- Spread the potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- Roast in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the potatoes are golden brown and crispy, stirring halfway through to ensure even cooking.
- Remove from the oven and sprinkle with fresh chopped parsley for garnish.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
