I recently made this amazing chocolate milk and it was a game changer! The blend of rich cocoa and creamy milk is just perfect. Here’s how you can make it:

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups of milk (any kind you like)
  • 2 tablespoons of unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2 tablespoons of sugar (adjust to your taste)
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • A pinch of salt
Instructions:

  1. Start by heating the milk in a small saucepan over medium heat until it's warm but not boiling.
  2. In a small bowl, mix the cocoa powder, sugar, and salt.
  3. Add a few tablespoons of the warm milk to the cocoa mixture and stir until smooth, making a thick paste.
  4. Pour the cocoa paste back into the saucepan with the rest of the milk, whisking until it's well combined.
  5. Continue to heat the mixture, stirring constantly, until it's hot and smooth. Don't let it boil.
  6. Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract.
Pour it into a mug and enjoy your homemade chocolate milk! It’s incredibly comforting and much better than store-bought versions. Perfect for a cozy evening or a treat anytime you need a chocolate fix. Enjoy! 🍫🥛
