🥧 Get ready to indulge in a delightful Greek treat! Choriatiki Tiropita, or rustic cheese pie, is a flaky, savory pastry that’s perfect for any occasion, from cozy family dinners to festive gatherings.

*Ingredients:*
- 1 package of phyllo pastry (about 12 sheets)
- 2 cups feta cheese, crumbled
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 2 large eggs, beaten
- 1/4 cup fresh dill, chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/4 cup olive oil (for brushing)
- Salt and pepper to taste

*Instructions:*
1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. In a bowl, mix the feta, ricotta, yogurt, eggs, dill, parsley, salt, and pepper until well combined.
3. Lay one sheet of phyllo pastry on a clean surface, brush with olive oil, and layer another sheet on top. Repeat for about 4 layers.
4. Spoon some filling along one edge, then fold the sides over and roll into a log or spiral shape.
5. Place on a greased baking sheet and brush the top with more olive oil.
6. Bake for 30–35 minutes or until golden brown and flaky.
