- 12 oz fettuccine pasta
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg (optional)
- Chopped fresh parsley for garnish
- Prepare the Chicken:
- Season both sides of the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the chicken breasts and cook for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until they are golden brown and cooked through. Remove from the skillet and let rest before slicing.
- Cook the Pasta:
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
