have this yummy coconut!


Ingredients:
- 1 cup shredded unsweetened coconut
- 1 cup dark or milk chocolate chips (or chopped chocolate)
- 1/4 cup coconut oil (or butter)
- 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup (optional, for extra sweetness)
- A pinch of salt (optional)
Instructions:
- Melt Chocolate: In a heatproof bowl, melt the chocolate and coconut oil together over a pot of simmering water (double boiler method) or in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
- Mix Coconut: Stir the shredded coconut into the melted chocolate mixture. If using honey or maple syrup for extra sweetness, add it now and mix well.
- Set the Chocolate: Pour the mixture into a lined or greased baking dish or silicone mold. Spread it out evenly.
- Chill: Refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or until firm.
- Cut or Break: Once set, cut into squares or break into pieces.
