Hey foodies! I'm a bit puzzled about coconut shrimp. Does this dish actually contain coconut, or is it just named that way? Curious to know if the coconut flavor is real or not! Share your insights and experiences with me!

Yeah, coconut shrimp does have real coconut in it! I’ve made it a bunch of times and you coat the shrimp in shredded coconut before frying. The coconut gives it that awesome crunchy texture and sweet flavor...so good!
