Confused! Is there a difference between Romanesco and Romesco sauce?

I always get a little confused between Romanesco and Romesco sauce. Could someone help clear up the difference for me? I've seen both terms used and I'm not sure which is which. Looking forward to your explanations, thanks!

Romanesco is a type of broccoli with a unique fractal pattern, while Romesco sauce is a Spanish sauce made with tomatoes, peppers, almonds, and garlic. Totally different things!
