- 1 whole chicken, cut into pieces
- 1 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 2 tablespoons salt
- 1 tablespoon poultry seasoning
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- In a bowl, mix together the apple cider vinegar, vegetable oil, salt, poultry seasoning, and black pepper to create the marinade.
- Place the chicken pieces in a large resealable plastic bag or a shallow dish.
- Pour the marinade over the chicken, making sure each piece is well coated. Seal the bag or cover the dish, and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- Remove the chicken from the marinade and discard any excess marinade.
- Place the chicken pieces on the grill and cook for about 20-25 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through and the juices run clear.
