- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 cups cornflakes, crushed
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs, beaten
- Cooking spray or olive oil for greasing
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil.
- In a shallow dish, mix together the crushed cornflakes, grated Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper to create the breading mixture.
- Place the flour in another shallow dish, and the beaten eggs in a third shallow dish.
- Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels, then dredge each piece in the flour, shaking off any excess.
