  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1 can (14 oz) whole berry cranberry sauce
  • 1 can (20 oz) crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 apple, peeled, cored, and diced
  • 1 cup chopped walnuts or pecans
  • 1 cup cold water

    Instructions:
  1. Dissolve the Gelatin:
    • In a large bowl, dissolve the gelatin in 1 cup of boiling water. Stir until completely dissolved.
  2. Add Cold Ingredients:
    • Stir in the cranberry sauce, mixing well to break it up.
    • Add the drained crushed pineapple, diced apple, and chopped nuts.
    • Pour in 1 cup of cold water and mix everything thoroughly.
  3. Set the Salad:
    • Pour the mixture into a mold or a serving dish.
    • Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until firm.
