Hey friends! Yesterday, I whipped up this insanely yummy Cream Cheese Caramel Apple Dip, and it totally hit the spot! 
It's the perfect balance of creamy, sweet, and a little tangy—great for parties, or if you just want to treat yourself to a fun snack. It’s super easy, and you only need a few ingredients to make it. Plus, it’s lightened up a bit, so you don’t have to feel guilty while dipping those apple slices. Trust me, you’re gonna love it!

I tried this dip yesterday morning, and it was such a treat!
It’s creamy, sweet, and pairs perfectly with crunchy apple slices. You’ve gotta give it a go!


- 8 ounces fat-free cream cheese, room temperature (1 brick)
- 4 ounces light Cool Whip (½ tub)
- 16 ounces sugar-free caramel sauce
- ½ cup white chocolate chips (optional)
- Apple slices for dipping
Instructions:
- Using a hand mixer, blend the cream cheese, Cool Whip, and caramel sauce together until everything is smooth and well combined.
- Stir in the white chocolate chips if you're using them.
- You can enjoy it right away, or pop it in the fridge for about an hour to firm up a bit. Serve with apple slices and dig in!
