Creamy Chicken Noodle Soup
Ingredients:
- Rotisserie Chicken (shredded)
- Celery
- Carrots
- Onion
- Olive Oil (or any neutral cooking oil)
- Chicken Broth (or vegetable broth)
- Heavy Cream
- Egg Noodles (wide, or any preferred shape)
- Cornstarch
- Water
- Sauté carrots, celery, onions, and poultry seasoning in hot oil until tender.
- Add cream and 8 cups of broth, along with noodles and chicken.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer until noodles are tender.
- Whisk a slurry of cornstarch and water into the soup, simmer until thickened, then serve.
