- 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- 3 tablespoons minced fresh dill, divided
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt, plus 1/4 teaspoon
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Prepare Cucumbers and Onions:
- Thinly slice the cucumbers and onion.
- In a colander set over a bowl, sprinkle the cucumbers and onion with 1 teaspoon of kosher salt.
