Creamy Grape Salad is one of my favorite go-to recipes for potlucks and gatherings. It's incredibly easy to make and always a crowd-pleaser.
Here's how I make it:
- 4 cups seedless grapes (red or green, or a mix of both), washed and stemmed
- 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
- In a large bowl, mix together the cream cheese, sour cream, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and well combined.
- Add the grapes to the bowl and gently fold them into the cream cheese mixture until they are evenly coated.
- In a separate small bowl, mix together the chopped pecans and brown sugar.
- Sprinkle the pecan mixture over the top of the grape mixture.
- Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving to allow the flavors to meld together.
- Serve the creamy grape salad chilled and enjoy!
