I wanted to share one of my all-time favorite recipes with you: Creamy Tuscan Garlic Chicken. It's packed with delicious flavors like garlic, spinach, and sun-dried tomatoes, all in a rich, creamy sauce. Perfect for a cozy dinner at home! 🍗🍅🧄 Enjoy!

Ingredients:

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup spinach, chopped
  • 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
Instructions:

  1. Season and Sear the Chicken:
    • Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
    • In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat.
    • Add the chicken breasts and cook until golden brown on both sides, about 5-7 minutes per side. Remove the chicken and set aside.
  2. Make the Sauce:
    • In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
    • Pour in the chicken broth and stir to deglaze the pan.
    • Add the heavy cream, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and Parmesan cheese. Stir until the sauce thickens, about 5 minutes.
  3. Combine and Simmer:
    • Add the spinach and sun-dried tomatoes to the sauce. Cook until the spinach wilts, about 2-3 minutes.
    • Return the chicken to the skillet and spoon the sauce over the chicken.
    • Let it simmer for an additional 5 minutes, ensuring the chicken is cooked through.
  4. Serve:
    • Serve the creamy Tuscan garlic chicken over pasta, rice, or with a side of crusty bread to soak up the delicious sauce.
