I wanted to share one of my all-time favorite recipes with you: Creamy Tuscan Garlic Chicken. It's packed with delicious flavors like garlic, spinach, and sun-dried tomatoes, all in a rich, creamy sauce. Perfect for a cozy dinner at home! Enjoy!

- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup spinach, chopped
- 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- Season and Sear the Chicken:
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat.
- Add the chicken breasts and cook until golden brown on both sides, about 5-7 minutes per side. Remove the chicken and set aside.
- Make the Sauce:
- In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Pour in the chicken broth and stir to deglaze the pan.
- Add the heavy cream, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and Parmesan cheese. Stir until the sauce thickens, about 5 minutes.
- Combine and Simmer:
- Add the spinach and sun-dried tomatoes to the sauce. Cook until the spinach wilts, about 2-3 minutes.
- Return the chicken to the skillet and spoon the sauce over the chicken.
- Let it simmer for an additional 5 minutes, ensuring the chicken is cooked through.
- Serve:
- Serve the creamy Tuscan garlic chicken over pasta, rice, or with a side of crusty bread to soak up the delicious sauce.
