Ingredients:
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 1 tablespoon sugar (optional)
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, eggs, milk, water, melted butter, sugar (if using), and salt until smooth. The batter should be thin.
- Heat a non-stick skillet or crepe pan over medium heat. Lightly grease the skillet with butter or cooking spray.
- Pour about 1/4 cup of batter into the skillet, swirling it around to evenly coat the bottom.
- Cook the crepe for about 1-2 minutes, or until the edges start to lift and the bottom is lightly golden brown.
- Flip the crepe using a spatula and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes on the other side until lightly golden.
- Repeat with the remaining batter, stacking the cooked crepes on a plate as you go.
- Serve the crepes warm with your favorite fillings, such as Nutella, fresh fruit, whipped cream, or savory options like cheese and ham.
