Ingredients:
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 tablespoon sugar (optional)
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions:
  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, eggs, milk, water, melted butter, sugar (if using), and salt until smooth. The batter should be thin.
  2. Heat a non-stick skillet or crepe pan over medium heat. Lightly grease the skillet with butter or cooking spray.
  3. Pour about 1/4 cup of batter into the skillet, swirling it around to evenly coat the bottom.
  4. Cook the crepe for about 1-2 minutes, or until the edges start to lift and the bottom is lightly golden brown.
  5. Flip the crepe using a spatula and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes on the other side until lightly golden.
  6. Repeat with the remaining batter, stacking the cooked crepes on a plate as you go.
  7. Serve the crepes warm with your favorite fillings, such as Nutella, fresh fruit, whipped cream, or savory options like cheese and ham.
