Here's a recipe for Crispy Bangus Belly:

Ingredients:

Ingredients:
- 2 pieces bangus (milkfish) belly, cleaned and sliced
- 1 tablespoon calamansi juice or lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- Cooking oil for frying
- Pat dry the bangus belly slices with paper towels to remove excess moisture.
- Drizzle calamansi juice or lemon juice over the bangus belly slices and season with salt and pepper. Let them marinate for about 10-15 minutes.
- Heat cooking oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
- Dredge each bangus belly slice in all-purpose flour, shaking off any excess flour.
- Carefully place the dredged bangus belly slices in the hot oil, skin side down.
- Fry the bangus belly slices until the skin is golden and crispy, about 4-5 minutes per side.
- Once the bangus belly slices are crispy and cooked through, remove them from the pan and drain excess oil on paper towels.
- Serve hot with steamed rice and your choice of dipping sauce, such as vinegar with garlic and chili or soy sauce with calamansi.
