Hey folks! 🥔 Just wanted to share this super simple recipe for crispy roasted potatoes that I make all the time. They’re the perfect side dish for pretty much any meal!

Ingredients:

  • 4 large russet potatoes, peeled and cut into cubes
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (optional, for garnish)
Instructions:

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Season Potatoes: In a large bowl, toss the potato cubes with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
  3. Roast: Spread the potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet. Roast in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until they’re golden brown and crispy.
  4. Garnish and Serve: Sprinkle with fresh parsley if using, and serve hot.
