Assembling the Crunch Wrap:3. Lay a large tortilla on a flat surface. Layer with spicy ground beef, Pepperjack cheese sauce, something crunchy (like tostadas or chips), sour cream, salsa or hot sauce, tomato, lettuce, and cilantro.

Ingredients:
Spicy Ground Beef:
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 onion, minced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 2 tablespoons taco seasoning (add 1 teaspoon salt if unsalted)
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 4 tablespoons flour
- 1 cup milk
- 8 ounces shredded Pepperjack cheese
- Large flour burrito tortillas
- Something crunchy: tostadas, tortilla chips, or Doritos
- Lettuce, tomato, cilantro
- Sour cream
- Salsa
Spicy Ground Beef:
- Heat olive oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add minced onion, garlic, and ground beef. Cook and break apart until beef is browned. Stir in taco seasoning and salt to taste.
Assembling the Crunch Wrap:3. Lay a large tortilla on a flat surface. Layer with spicy ground beef, Pepperjack cheese sauce, something crunchy (like tostadas or chips), sour cream, salsa or hot sauce, tomato, lettuce, and cilantro.
- Fold the edges of the tortilla over the filling towards the center, creating pleats to form a hexagon shape.
- Heat a bit of oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Carefully place the assembled crunch wrap seam-side down in the skillet. Cook for 3-4 minutes on each side until the tortilla is golden brown and crispy.
- Remove from skillet, cut in half if desired, and serve immediately. Optional: Top with mashed avocado and additional hot sauce.
