Instructions
- Prepare the Cucumbers: Wash the cucumbers thoroughly. You can peel them if you prefer, but leaving the skin on adds extra nutrients and color.
- Chop: Cut the cucumbers into smaller pieces for easier blending.
- Blend: Place the cucumber pieces in a blender. Add a bit of water (about 1/2 cup to start) to help with blending. Blend until smooth.
- Strain (Optional): If you prefer a smoother juice, you can strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve or cheesecloth into a bowl or pitcher. Press down to extract as much juice as possible.
- Add Flavor: Stir in the lemon juice, honey or agave syrup, and a pinch of salt if desired. Adjust the sweetness to your liking.
- Chill and Serve: Pour the juice into glasses over ice and garnish with fresh mint leaves if using.

- For added flavor, you can mix in other ingredients like ginger, lime, or even a splash of apple juice.
- This juice is best served fresh but can be stored in the fridge for up to 24 hours.
