- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp olive oil

- 2 cups shredded cabbage
- 1/2 cup shredded carrots
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 8 small tortillas
- In a bowl, mix honey, soy sauce, garlic, and olive oil. Marinate shrimp in this mixture for 20 minutes.
- Heat a pan over medium heat and cook shrimp for 2-3 minutes per side, until pink and cooked through.
