I’m a bit stumped on whether hot pepper jelly needs to be chilled. Does everyone store theirs in the refrigerator, or is a pantry shelf just as good? Would love to hear what storage methods work best for you and why!
It’s best to store hot pepper jelly in the fridge once opened to keep it fresh and safe to eat. If it’s unopened, the pantry is fine, but once you break the seal, refrigeration is the way to go!
