Coconut macaroons in the fridge? Not mandatory! Room temp is fine for a few days in an airtight container, but if they'll be chilling for longer than that (up to 2 weeks!), the fridge will prevent them from drying out. Enjoy those delicious coconut treats!

I usually keep mine in an airtight container on the counter for a few days and they're perfect. But if I make a big batch, I pop some in the fridge to keep them longer.
