Hmmmm, quick question for all you kitchen wizards out there – does simple syrup really need fridge space? I whipped up a batch for cocktails this weekend, but my fridge is already packed tight. Can I just leave this sugary mix out, or is that a recipe for disaster? Any tricks or tips!
