Do you brine or spatchcock your turkey first? 🦃💦 I'm planning to try spatchcocking for the first time, but I'm not sure if I should brine it beforehand. What's your preferred method? Brine first or spatchcock straight away? Any advice would be greatly appreciated! 🤗

Hey there! 😊 I’d recommend brining your turkey first and then spatchcocking it. 🦃💦 Brining helps to keep the meat juicy and flavorful, which is especially important when you're spatchcocking since it cooks faster and more evenly. I’ve found that doing both really makes a difference in taste and texture. Good luck with your turkey—it’s going to be delicious! 🤗

Great question! ✨ Brining your turkey first can really amp up the flavor and juiciness, while spatchcocking (removing the backbone and flattening) helps it cook more evenly and quickly. Some folks do both for the ultimate combo of moistness and crispiness!
