Do you guys prefer your larb hot or cold?

Just curious how everyone prefers their larb. I've seen it served both hot and cold, and I’m not sure which way I like it best. What’s the verdict here? How do you usually enjoy yours?

Larb can be enjoyed either hot or cold, and both have their perks! Hot larb brings out the fresh flavors of the herbs and the juicy warmth of the meat, while cold larb is refreshing and lets the zesty lime and mint flavors shine. It really depends on your mood or the weather! Both ways are delicious!

I prefer my larb hot for that fresh, vibrant flavor, but it’s also delicious cold as a refreshing salad!
