Does anyone else top their chicken fried steak with gravy or do you have another one?

Hey everyone! I'm so in love with that chicken fried steak and I usually drown mine in gravy. I'm just wondering, does anyone else do this or am I the only weirdo around? Do you have another go to topping? I would love to try new flavors. Please share your thoughts. Thanks!
