Does anyone know if puff pastry has a use-by date? Don't want it going to waste!

Hey there! Does puff pastry come with an expiration date, or is it one of those 'good forever' kind of deals? I've got a pack that's been sitting around and I'm hoping it's still good for use. Hate to see good food go to waste.
