Good day, fellow foodies! 
I have a quick question. Do we need to pop our tzatziki in the fridge? 
Some say it's fine left out for a bit, while others insist on refrigeration. 
What's your take on keeping tzatziki fresh and delicious?
I am hesitant to leave it on the diner table and spoil it, but if I freeze it, maybe the taste will be affected?
