Ingredients:
- 2 cups frozen pineapple chunks
- 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut milk (or any milk of your choice)
- 2 tablespoons honey or sugar (optional, depending on sweetness preference)
- 1 tablespoon lime juice (optional, for a tangy flavor)
- Place the frozen pineapple chunks, coconut milk, honey or sugar (if using), and lime juice (if using) in a blender.
- Blend the ingredients on high speed until smooth and creamy. You may need to stop and scrape down the sides of the blender occasionally to ensure everything is well mixed.
- If the mixture is too thick, you can add a little more coconut milk, 1 tablespoon at a time, until you reach your desired consistency.
- Once the mixture is smooth and creamy, transfer it to a piping bag fitted with a star tip, or simply scoop it into serving glasses.
- Serve immediately and enjoy your homemade Dole Whip!
