- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
Instructions
- Prepare the Crust:
- In a large bowl, combine the flour and salt. Cut in the cold butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
- Add the eggs and cold water, mixing until the dough comes together. Divide the dough into two discs, wrap in plastic wrap, and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
- Prepare the Filling:
- In a large bowl, combine the ricotta, Parmesan, and mozzarella cheeses. Stir in the diced ham, salami, and prosciutto.
