Hey everyone, I recently made this super easy quiche and it was a hit! It’s perfect for lazy mornings or when you want something yummy without too much fuss. Here’s how I made it:

Easy Homemade Quiche Recipe​

Ingredients:

  • 1 store-bought pie crust
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk or cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar, Swiss, or your choice)
  • 1 cup cooked fillings (spinach, mushrooms, bacon, etc.)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Place the pie crust in a pie dish and crimp the edges.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together eggs and milk. Add a pinch of salt and pepper.
  4. Sprinkle cheese and fillings evenly over the crust.
  5. Pour the egg mixture on top of the fillings.
  6. Bake for 35-40 minutes or until the quiche is set and golden on top.
  7. Let it cool slightly before slicing.
Enjoy! It’s great for breakfast, lunch, or even dinner.
