Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cups almond flour
- 4 large eggs
- 1/4 cup melted butter or coconut oil
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions:
- Preheat the Oven:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Prepare a loaf pan by greasing it or lining it with parchment paper.
- Mix Dry Ingredients:
- In a mixing bowl, combine the almond flour, baking powder, and salt. Stir until well mixed.
- Mix Wet Ingredients:
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs and melted butter or coconut oil until well combined.
- Combine Wet and Dry Ingredients:
- Pour the wet ingredients into the bowl with the dry ingredients. Stir until a smooth batter forms.
- Bake the Bread:
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and spread it out evenly.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30-40 minutes, or until the bread is golden brown on top and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Cool and Slice:
- Allow the bread to cool in the pan for a few minutes, then transfer it to a wire rack to cool completely.
- Once cooled, slice the bread into slices and serve.
