Ingredients:​

  • 1 1/2 cups almond flour
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup melted butter or coconut oil
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions:​

  1. Preheat the Oven:
    • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Prepare a loaf pan by greasing it or lining it with parchment paper.
  2. Mix Dry Ingredients:
    • In a mixing bowl, combine the almond flour, baking powder, and salt. Stir until well mixed.
  3. Mix Wet Ingredients:
    • In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs and melted butter or coconut oil until well combined.
  4. Combine Wet and Dry Ingredients:
    • Pour the wet ingredients into the bowl with the dry ingredients. Stir until a smooth batter forms.
  5. Bake the Bread:
    • Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and spread it out evenly.
    • Bake in the preheated oven for 30-40 minutes, or until the bread is golden brown on top and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  6. Cool and Slice:
    • Allow the bread to cool in the pan for a few minutes, then transfer it to a wire rack to cool completely.
    • Once cooled, slice the bread into slices and serve.
