Hi!!! I want to share with you one of my go to recipe when I'm craving for a cheesecake but too lazy to do all the steps.. With fewer ingredients and steps to follow, you'll surely love to do this one as well!
½ cup unsalted butter melted (113g)
¼ cup granulated sugar (50g)
⅓ cup sour cream (79g)
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 cup powdered sugar (120g)
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
½ cup heavy whipping cream (120g)
There you go, you're No Bake Cheesecake is now ready to eat! You can add any toppings you prefer. For me, I go for some berries with some choco and caramel drizzle on top. How about yours?
