So yesterday morning, I finally tried this super simple Swedish Meatball Sauce recipe, and let me tell you—it was so good! 😋 This sauce is creamy, flavorful, and seriously easy to whip up. Ingredients:
  • 1 cup beef stock​
  • 1 cup heavy cream​
  • 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour​
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce​
  • ½ teaspoon ground black pepper, or more to taste​
  • ½ teaspoon dried rosemary, crushed, or more to taste​
  • 10 ounces frozen cooked meatballs, thawed​

Directions:
  1. Gather all your ingredients so you're ready to go.​
  2. In a large saucepan over low heat, whisk together the beef stock, heavy cream, flour, soy sauce, black pepper, and rosemary until smooth.​
  3. Cook the mixture, stirring occasionally, until it thickens—this should take about 10 minutes.​
  4. Gently stir in your thawed meatballs and let them cook for another 5 minutes, or until they're fully heated through. If you have a thermometer, the center of the meatballs should reach 160°F (71°C).​
  5. Give it a taste and adjust the seasonings as needed. Serve and enjoy!​
