For a fresh take on a traditional favorite, Fasolakia Me Manitaria combines tender green beans with savory mushrooms, creating a rich, earthy stew that's both hearty and full of Greek flavor! This vegetarian dish is perfect for a cozy dinner with friends or family. 💚

*Ingredients:*
- 1 lb green beans (trimmed)
- 1 onion (chopped)
- 2 garlic cloves (minced)
- 1 lb mushrooms (sliced)
- 1 can crushed tomatoes
- ½ cup olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
