Ingredients:
1 baguette (or any crusty bread)
6-8 fresh figs (or dried figs if fresh isn’t available)
4 oz prosciutto
4 oz goat cheese or cream cheese
1 tablespoon honey (optional)
2 tablespoons balsamic glaze (store-bought or homemade)
Fresh thyme or rosemary (optional, for garnish)

Instructions:
Prepare the Baguette: Slice the baguette into 1/2-inch slices. Toast or grill the slices until they're golden brown and crispy.
Prep the Figs: If using fresh figs, slice them into thin rounds. If using dried figs, chop them into small pieces.
Assemble the Crostini: Spread a thin layer of goat cheese or cream cheese on each toasted bread slice. Top with a slice or two of fig and a small piece of prosciutto, gently folded or torn.
Drizzle and Garnish: Drizzle each crostini with a little honey (for sweetness) and balsamic glaze (for tangy richness). Optionally, garnish with fresh thyme or rosemary for an aromatic touch.
Serve and Enjoy: Arrange the crostini on a platter and serve immediately for a quick, delicious, and elegant snack!

Conclusion: This snack combines sweet, savory, and tangy flavors with a lovely texture contrast from the crispy bread, making it a unique and impressive treat for any gathering!

This Fig and Prosciutto Crostini with Balsamic Glaze looks absolutely delicious! 😍 The sweet and salty combo is perfect, and that balsamic glaze just takes it to the next level! 🤤 Definitely going to make this for my next gathering!
