Ingredients:- 1/2 cup grated ginger
- 1/2 cup grated horseradish
- 1 onion, chopped
- 10 cloves of garlic, chopped
- 2 jalapeños, chopped
- Zest and juice of 1 lemon
- 2 tbsp turmeric powder
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
- 4 cups apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 cup honey
- Place all the ingredients except the honey in a quart-sized jar.
- Pour apple cider vinegar over the mixture until the jar is full.
- Seal the jar and shake well.
- Store in a dark, cool place for 4-6 weeks, shaking daily.
- Strain the mixture and add honey to taste.
- Store in the refrigerator and take a shot daily.
