- 1 egg

- 2 green onions, finely chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Oil for frying
- In a food processor, blend the fish fillets until smooth.
- Transfer the fish paste into a mixing bowl and add cornstarch, egg, garlic, ginger, green onions, salt, and pepper. Mix well until everything is evenly combined.
- Wet your hands with water, then shape the fish mixture into small balls.
- Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Once hot, carefully place the fish balls into the oil and fry until golden brown and cooked through, about 3-4 minutes.
- Remove the fish balls from the oil and drain them on paper towels to remove excess oil.
- Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce. Enjoy your homemade fish balls!
