Ingredients:

  • 4 fish fillets (such as tilapia, cod, salmon, or trout)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 lemon, sliced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: fresh herbs (such as parsley, dill, or thyme) for garnish
Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Place fish fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or aluminum foil.
  3. Drizzle olive oil over the fish fillets and rub minced garlic on top.
  4. Season fish with salt and pepper to taste, then place lemon slices on top of each fillet.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
  6. Garnish with fresh herbs if desired before serving.
  7. Enjoy your delicious and simple fish fillets!
Note: You can also grill the fish fillets instead of baking them in the oven. Adjust cooking time as needed based on the thickness of the fillets and the type of fish used.

I've tried similar recipes before, but the addition of minced garlic really elevates the flavor profile. Looking forward to making this for dinner tomorrow! Thanks for sharing this

Heyy! I love how simple and flavorful it is with just a few key ingredients. Have you tried experimenting with different types of fish for this recipe? I wonder how it would taste with some fresh herbs from the garden! 🐟
