- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 lemon, sliced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: fresh herbs (such as parsley, dill, or thyme) for garnish
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Place fish fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or aluminum foil.
- Drizzle olive oil over the fish fillets and rub minced garlic on top.
- Season fish with salt and pepper to taste, then place lemon slices on top of each fillet.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
- Garnish with fresh herbs if desired before serving.
