- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 cup breadcrumbs

- Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Season the fish sticks with salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Set up a breading station with three shallow bowls: one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with breadcrumbs.
- Dredge each fish stick in the flour, shaking off any excess. Then dip it into the beaten eggs, followed by the breadcrumbs, ensuring each stick is evenly coated.
- Place the coated fish sticks on the prepared baking sheet.
- Drizzle or spray the fish sticks lightly with oil.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the fish sticks are golden brown and cooked through, flipping halfway through baking.
- Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce. Enjoy your homemade fish sticks!
