Ingredients:


  • 2 lbs chicken wings, split at the joints and tips removed
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon grated ginger
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon gochujang (Korean chili paste)
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • Optional garnish: sesame seeds, chopped green onions

Instructions:

  1. In a huge mixing bowl, integrate the soy sauce, honey, brown sugar, minced garlic, grated ginger, rice vinegar, sesame oil, and gochujang. Mix the whole lot together till well mixed.
  2. Add the chicken wings to the bowl and toss them inside the marinade till they're calmly coated. Cover the bowl and let the wings marinate within the fridge for as a minimum 1 hour, or ideally in a single day for max flavor.
