Hey everyone! I wanted to share this super simple and refreshing fruit salad recipe that’s always a hit at gatherings (or just for a healthy snack at home). It’s colorful, sweet, and so easy to make! Let me know if you give it a try or have your own twists.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup strawberries, hulled and sliced
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 cup pineapple chunks
- 1 cup green grapes, halved
- 1 cup watermelon cubes
- 1 kiwi, peeled and sliced
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
- A few mint leaves for garnish
Directions:
- In a large mixing bowl, combine all the fruits. (Feel free to swap in your favorites—this recipe is super flexible!)
- In a small bowl, whisk together the honey and lime juice.
- Drizzle the honey-lime dressing over the fruits and gently toss to coat everything evenly.
- Chill in the fridge for about 20–30 minutes before serving.
- Garnish with mint leaves and enjoy!
