Fresh Fruit Salad Recipe

Hey everyone! I wanted to share this super simple and refreshing fruit salad recipe that’s always a hit at gatherings (or just for a healthy snack at home). It’s colorful, sweet, and so easy to make! Let me know if you give it a try or have your own twists.

Ingredients:​

  • 1 cup strawberries, hulled and sliced 🍓
  • 1 cup blueberries 🫐
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks 🍍
  • 1 cup green grapes, halved 🍇
  • 1 cup watermelon cubes 🍉
  • 1 kiwi, peeled and sliced 🥝
  • 2 tablespoons honey 🍯
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice 🍋
  • A few mint leaves for garnish 🌿

Directions:​

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine all the fruits. (Feel free to swap in your favorites—this recipe is super flexible!)
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the honey and lime juice.
  3. Drizzle the honey-lime dressing over the fruits and gently toss to coat everything evenly.
  4. Chill in the fridge for about 20–30 minutes before serving.
  5. Garnish with mint leaves and enjoy!
