Savor the crunch and flavor of Stir-Fried Chicken with Cashew Nuts!
**Ingredients**:
- 400g chicken breast, sliced
- 1/2 cup cashew nuts
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp fish sauce
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
**Instructions**:
1. Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
2. Stir-fry minced garlic until fragrant, then add sliced chicken and cook until browned.
3. Add sliced bell pepper and onion, stir-frying until vegetables are tender-crisp.
4. Mix in oyster sauce, soy sauce, fish sauce, sugar, and chicken broth. Stir well.
5. Add cashew nuts and continue to cook until everything is heated through.
