- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 cup white wine
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste

- 2 large potatoes, peeled and boiled
- 4-6 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- Juice of 1 lemon
- Salt to taste
