Garides Gemistes Me Misithra is a delightful Greek dish where shrimp are stuffed with creamy misithra cheese, creating a flavorful and luxurious seafood experience.

Ingredients:
  • 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined (keep tails on)
  • 1/2 cup misithra cheese, crumbled
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tsp lemon zest
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • Lemon wedges for serving

Instructions:
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Butterfly the shrimp by slicing along their back without cutting through.
  2. In a bowl, mix misithra cheese, parsley, lemon zest, garlic, breadcrumbs, olive oil, salt, and pepper to form a stuffing mixture.
