- 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined (keep tails on)
- 1/2 cup misithra cheese, crumbled
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tsp lemon zest
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- Lemon wedges for serving
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Butterfly the shrimp by slicing along their back without cutting through.
