Ingredients:- 1 head of broccoli, cut into florets
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Lemon wedges for serving (optional)
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Toss in the broccoli florets and sauté for 5-7 minutes until tender but still crisp.
- Season with salt and pepper, and give it a squeeze of fresh lemon juice if desired.
- Serve hot.
