- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/4 tsp dried thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Extra Parmesan for sprinkling
- Preheat and prep: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Place the mushroom caps on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Make the stuffing: In a bowl, mix together the Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, olive oil, garlic, parsley, thyme, salt, and pepper until well combined.
