Hey everyone! Just made a batch of wings with this garlic parmesan sauce, and it was SO good I had to share. It’s creamy, garlicky, and just the right amount of cheesy. Perfect for crispy wings! Here’s how I made it:

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese (freshly grated works best!)
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise (gives it a creamy base)
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced (or more if you love garlic like I do!)
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, finely chopped
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Optional: a pinch of red pepper flakes for a little heat
Instructions:

  1. Melt the butter in a small saucepan over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and cook for a minute or two until it’s fragrant (don’t let it brown, though!).
  2. Turn off the heat, then stir in the mayonnaise, grated Parmesan, and fresh parsley. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Toss your hot wings in the sauce or drizzle it on top, and you’re good to go! If you like a thicker sauce, you can let it cool a bit before tossing.

Pro tip: For super crispy wings, bake or air-fry them before coating with the sauce. Let me know if you give this a try!
