Hey everyone! Just made a batch of wings with this garlic parmesan sauce, and it was SO good I had to share. It’s creamy, garlicky, and just the right amount of cheesy. Perfect for crispy wings! Here’s how I made it:
Ingredients:
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese (freshly grated works best!)
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise (gives it a creamy base)
- 4 cloves garlic, minced (or more if you love garlic like I do!)
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, finely chopped
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Optional: a pinch of red pepper flakes for a little heat
- Melt the butter in a small saucepan over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and cook for a minute or two until it’s fragrant (don’t let it brown, though!).
- Turn off the heat, then stir in the mayonnaise, grated Parmesan, and fresh parsley. Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Toss your hot wings in the sauce or drizzle it on top, and you’re good to go! If you like a thicker sauce, you can let it cool a bit before tossing.
